Could the problem be that tops are no longer popular in the US?
Beyblades were super popular with 10 year-olds just a few years ago.
Are still very popular Little Green Army Men (2014), The Game of Life (2010), Lincoln Logs (1999) and View-Master (1999)?
There may be some bias for when the judges were kids.
Rageddy Ann was inducted in 2002 but so that she was not alone, her brother Rageddy Andy was inducted in 2007. Rageddy belongs to Hasbro now, which also has the rights of Magic The Gathering.
If I was Barbie (1998) I would demand that Ken was inducted
But I'm sure Mattel will soon take care of that . . .
