And yes I actually do know Justin and likely Pico from the Yoperation group in the early 2000s, where we'd compete in top spinning against each other in Montreal back in the day, around the corner from Le Valet d'Coeur game shop that sold tops and return tops (still there today!).

I wasn't in Cleveland in 2016 actually, I try to not mention this often but I had a major head injury in June of 2016 that kept me off work for several months (and away from Cleveland unfortunately). A few of the YoYoToronto people will be there again, not sure whom you were referring to, I know Wayne Ngan is going and he was there in 2016 (and spins tops too). I think Yeti is also going, Yeti's been involved with return tops and maybe tops for likely a couple of decades now, at least certainly in the Canada and Toronto scene. Mason Lee is going for the final day; first timers will be Tony Sung for 5A, Sammy Park for 2A, and Jacky Le for hanging out and showing/teaching us all his insane 1A tricks lol. Should be great.
