It seems to me that August is too early.
If the covid situation gets better and not worse, I will be traveling to Japan the first half of October (I booked a super low airfare). So October doesn't work for me.
I would propose November.

Thanks for the feedback Jun. It seems the majority is in favor of November. The final decision will be taken by the International Board.
Perhaps we can get you as Ambassador for the new JTTF (Japan Top Trick Federation) so you can vote.

you're right , the sooner the better
what has been acted so far is

no more "peer judging"
instead , the panel of judges will have the final decision

there will be a woman world title

the "traditional" division needs being refurbished

So we are talking about an online contest here? Is anyone talking about a face to face contest in the yoyo world or other places? What about countries? Are any places talking about a national contest? Are there any regional events starting up with face to face contests?

I asked this question a number of days ago because I know there are some who would like to freestyle while they are in Miamisburg. Even if there is not a national event I think people would like to have some fun and experience with three minutes. I wanted people to have some time to think about it and prepare for something!!!
