urm does it work anymore though lol?? i would think that might effect the weight distribution
Jack are you learned in the ways of balancing?
i am afraid not sir @-@ but on the other hand ive never tried i do know the BK i used for the fire thingy was a little better balanced after the cap melted a bit but in all seriousness i fully intend to start experimenting with sticky-tack as they call it here, word has it your something of an expert with that stuff . i remember teachers using that stuff when i was a kid and it was like the impossibly unattainable substance that on the rare occasion when a teacher had me handle it to tack something to the wall....it was a moment to cherish and enjoy for however short the time o god i miss being young
Yes Sir! A smooth spinning top is vastly better for any trick where the top touches the string, the hand or the floor.
Jack, Come to Miamisburg and we will teach you the fine points. Now that you can snap start you could be a balancing wizard. I'll remember to bring a jar of plumber's putty (like sticky tac)
I was throwing tops with my nephew and niece a few weeks ago. We were on the sidewalk at a restaurant. My Cometa Orion rolled out into the parking lot. Thankfully, Chance is old enough to not run for it without looking. The car stopped for long enough for the top to roll under it then the guy took off. We never found the tip. It must be in his tire.
Perhaps Chris would like to repair this one
Note the balance weight in the crown. It was a very smooth top.
