Hey! Nice that you remember it! 
Your version with a fixed tip from a finger grind is more challenging than using a bearing tip.
But if you can do the grind on your left hand it will save you some precious seconds.

Much more challenging but nicer for a freestyle is to land the top on the chest from a trapeze (possible Trick of the Week . . .    )
