Yep, "Titti Grande"...!
The top section is Delrin, the bottom section is clear acrylic, it is a 1.4 x scaled up Titti.  It is 3.1" wide and 3.6" tall.  I say Titti, and not Sophia, because the Titti was the dimensional model, and Titti Grande doesn't have the nylon protective ring like the newer Sophia.  Also, Titti Grande is way more fun to say than Sophia Grande.  ;D

Bigger is better... and you're right, titti grande sounds wonderful, it just rolls off the tounge  ;D

Excellent question! 
Even though it is significantly bigger than the original Titti, it's almost the same weight (Titti = 90 grams,  Titti Grande = 94 grams).  The top section of the original is aluminum whereas it's Delrin on Titti Grande.  So, with way more surface area and virtually the same mass, the spin decays faster on the Titti Grande.  Don't get me wrong, it plays great, it just doesn't spin as long as you might think - more weight would be better.....Besides the fact that the top section is of lighter material, in making Titti Grande I got extreme in hollowing; in places the Delrin is only 1/16" thick !  In fact, I had to make the top section twice.....the first time I removed so much material that this is what happened:
