New site of a collector
« on: April 05, 2011, 10:23:02 PM »

Ferran from the Amics de la Baldufa, Barcelona, has a new personal website showcasing photos of his beautiful collection. It is a collection of modern tops, mainly crafts. I think what primary attracts him is the aesthetic of the top.

The site is in Catalan but it is mostly pictures. It is here: www.baldufa.cat

I could see some Toycrafter and a few other tops that I have. But the ones that make me drool are the ones by ceramic artist Anna Capell (that I had seen before in a bulletin of the association): wow!

I probably should be forbidden from getting one . . . ::) But in the worst case I'll make sure there is a video  ;D

By the way, Ferran did not know about Lourens book: there should be an order for a bunch of books coming from Barcelona!

The glass and ceramic tops sure do look spinable!  If it can be spun, it will be spun!
