Let's start a thread for the 2023 Photo contest

RULES:

To be eligible, the photo needs to be somehow spintop related, taken in 2023, and either taken by a member of the board or featuring a member of the board. If the photographer is not a member the prize goes to the player in the photograph. Otherwise it goes to the photographer. The winner will be selected by a poll on the board. Deadline to nominate a photo is December 31, 2023, 23:59:59 GMT-11. Voting will take place the first week of January.

That's it as far as rules. We recommend that those proposing a picture also give them a name/title/caption. This administrator reserves the right to give it a name or caption if none is given

The "Sablier du Millénium" is the biggest hourglass in Europe. Thanks to a motor and a circular guide, it can rotate to pass the sand in the other direction. I'm not sure if it currently works, but when I found it the time had ran out: same for the top on the photo.

Looks like in Germany they have big hands and feet but small sins! 

Lots of tops posing this year. So far only once (Jim's Sunset Spin) has a photo won with not more than a hand in view.

But I think the number of votes for photos with cute children in them should always be divided by two. It's not really fair, its like having cats in YouTube videos.
