Jorge's dear wife, Estefanía, passed away June 15th after several months fighting with an aggressive form of cancer.
I had the luck of meeting Estefanía two years ago when I visited them in Madrid. She impressed me as a really sweet woman. She was very supportive of Pulp's many crazy interests what is a proof of how generous she was. Not many wives would had been as accommodating to batteries of fish tanks, a metal lathe and a "trompiarium" in their apartment. I thought they made a great couple.
Everybody who knew Estefanía will remember her. But even those on the worldwide spintop community who did not have the chance to meet her, will thank her for sharing Pulp with us.
