3 to 5 inch Plastic Tops

Post by BaileyTheCraw »

I've seen on YouTube so many beautiful mid to large spintops,
most made of either a mixture of multicolored plastic or wood.
I would love to be able to get my hands on one of these tops.
Preferably plastic but honestly wouldn't mind a wooden one either.
Really just posting to see what is available and out there,
this seems to not be a very readily available size range.
Something that wouldn't break the bank too badly would be ideal,
though I'm sure that they are fairly few and far between.
An example of what I would like to find is something along the lines of,
I believe it was a 4" John Markus plastic top or something that resembles that.
Would also love to come across a second hand Sweetle.
Used tops are more than welcome, Not too concerned with condition, as long as it plays well.
I'm not partial to anything in particular, just a good 3-5 inch Fixed Top.

I appreciate any feedback either way,
Thanks guys!! 8)

Too bad new Sweetles are not available!
Maurizio announced Sara in this topic. But I have no idea when it will be available and at what price.

Yea, I was pretty bummed out to see that I was a bit late to the party on getting the Sweetle. :'(
Everything about it is right up my alley when it comes to size, shape and appearance.
If only I had actually started collecting tops sooner, instead of waiting so long..
And yes I've seen the Sara proto and told Maurizio that I'm interested!
Hopefully it will drop soon because I'm in dire need of a larger top!
I wish I could find more of them, I'm honestly about to just start turning my own at this point.

Funny you mention Watts, I have been looking for one of those also.
Hopefully I can acquire one of those as well.
Thanks for the suggestion!
