The review panel preparing the "packs"

"Old school" (and lots of work) but fair.

I would like to continue highlighting performances that did not make the finals, as it's difficult to watch everyone.
Here are two of the most unique, from two countries that had never participated in the world contest before.

We are only missing a tie break in the Traditional freestyle. But I'm not sure when all the judges will be able to review the videos today.

Marco's traditional freestyle was disqualified because he made a mistake and used a plastic koma. But I think it was a very interesting freestyle, using a koma, a Colombian trompo and a Spanish baldufa, in ways those tops are not generally played.

Only one finalist hasn't voted yet. The results will be announced live Saturday.
The plan is to have a zoom session (using a premium account) and also simultaneously broadcast it on the ITSA youtube channel. We don't have the details yet but hopefully we'll have the zoom link not too late tomorrow. It's going to be early in the morning in the US (7AM Pacific) and late at night in Japan (11PM) but it's going to feel special to have the community of spinners of this spinning world united in a shared event.
