That's a nice find. Unfortunately, the
Kickstarter campaign from May 2017 was not successful and the product was canceled. So what you see is just a prototype.
One interesting feature is that the tips (on both sides) are replaceable steel balls and are kept in place by magnets.
The existential question: Is it a gyro or a bearing top?
