This old movie appeared when I was a kid, but I never saw it.
Two or three weeks ago I saw and the mother of my daughter said to me that there it appears.
I saw the whole movie and the toy appears several times. In fact, it seems to me that are two or three different kinds of tops.
In the whole movie, it apperas in: from 47:23 to 47:31, and this the most marvelous part for me, 'cos the kid chose a top among many toys.
Next is in 48:45, (also many kites appear there): It´s not the first time that I notice tops and kites together). After from 50:12 to 50:23, and finally in 55:37.
I tried to find the whole movie in youtube, but I couldn´t-
BTW, it´s a very nice movie. I really love this movie.
You can see here some parts.

In this video, a non moving top appears in the 6:31, in the low right angle.

Au Revoir, mes amis!!!!Bonne Santé pour tous!!!

Wow, Jack! You are good at finding pirated movies . . .
I would have said that the appearance of the top is very minor, but the fact that he boy selects it among many toys redeems it   :D

According to IMDb, "El Mago de los Sueños" (The Wizard of Dreams) is a 1966 animated film from Spain based on the characters of a TV spot aimed at putting kids to bed at 9PM. I am not sure if the version linked by Jack was dubbed to Mexican-accented Spanish or if it is the original audio track, but the bad guy has a gringo accent  :P
