Rosani: tops in old juggling show
« on: January 31, 2016, 11:27:19 PM »

On the latest newsletter from IJA there is an article about Rosani (Joseph Stadtmuller), an American juggler who performed in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It says that:

Quote
He is generally acknowledged to be the first juggler to do a full-length one man show of just juggling . . .
Rosani performed with whips, pipes, plates, balls, sticks, hats, lamps, cigar boxes, bowls, glasses, swords, tops, flags, pool cue sticks, hoops, bottles, fans, and other items.

I don't know if those are three tops on the center of the poster:

but clearly there is a top on this one:

¡excelent!
where did you find this information, sir ta0? I mean, if there´s a websit to consult  :P
It really deserves a huge text (which I´ll prepare I don´t know when!!!!)

To understand what I am going to say, it´s necessary you, ta0, have read the french book, the one you already know and have, ´cos if not, you won´t be in the same line with me. (or must I say string instead of line? :P

Following your suggestion, Salvador, I got that book. It was a good read.
The information is from an IJA newsletter. It is online but I am not sure if it is accessible to non-members. I'll look it up and send you a PM.
