Enrique had mentioned that Martha may have been hired for a promotion in Brazil, but I did not know that also Carlos (Galvis) was or that it was for Yoyo Fenix. (Austen may know more about this
) I bet they got the gig thanks to worlds 2013, so this exchange between Colombia and Brazil can be credited in part to the ineptt funds raised by the members this forum
I am sure they were hired to demonstrate plastic tops but probably they are not yet comfortable playing the light and small tops so they are using their Colombian tops temporarily. The video says that the demo is for the workers of a plastic manufacturer (Zafira) and that they are "already working with us", so I imagine that Fenix is manufactured at that location.
I have always been convinced that Brazil is a huge potential market for spintops.
Another interesting fact is that it was posted on yoyonews.com by Steve Brown who wrote: "We don’t see nearly enough top spinning, and there are some great tricks in here…grab your tops and get to practicing! "
