Thanks for the nice comments.  Here is the QS hybrid version. I think I am going to change this to a fixed tip.  I have some of the trompo "C" tips, but it seems to be a very loose fit.  I think I can add some shim material for a tighter fit.

You can use a plastic grocery bag to get it to fit snug - just push the tip into the top body with the plastic in between and then cut/tear away the excess plastic.
