Yes, the DT stands for double tip.
With the weight ring, that would be a Gates top, notwithstanding what the crown says.
Two or three years ago, YYJ made a run of Gates bodies, using the old molds. They did not make new tips (I believe the molds for the tips are missing or have a problem). But at worlds they had a few to show (but not for sale) that had vintage tips (yothomas was lucky enough to get to keep one).
Last year at worlds somebody approached the group of top spinners on the main hall offering one identical to that on the photograph (including the color and the writing), except that it had a regular YYJ tip. The Earl had loads of cash in his pocket, so he grabbed it, but I immediately traded it for a Topdog plus cash. At the time I thought it was from the early days, with a very unusual color, but now I think it was from that recent run. I added a spare tip to the crown.
So I wouldn't get my hopes too high. That top may be somebody getting hold of one of the bodies and making a custom tip for it.
