If you already took out the inner bearing, yes. If not NO!

I think it is time for Mr. YO to get a word in here.  But there are bearing removal tools that are a rod that fits inside the bearing and you rock the bearing back and forth to work it out.  Or you could submerge the tip of what you have now in a cleaning solvent and spin the in side of the bearing where it is.

I always take out the lower bearing first.  Put the shaft of the tip inside the bearing and pry in a circular motion.

I pry the first out with a single side of needle nose pliers.

I then insert an allen wrench into the tip and tap that on a piece of carpet (upside down) to push the 2nd bearing out the crown.
A pencil you don't care about will work also.
But thats for the 2nd (upper bearing)
the one closest to the tip needs to come out first.

(I do not recommend including a hammer in ANY steps.)

Finally got em all out now to let them dry and put em back in

Hey Czyoyo I used needle nose pliers and took out the top bearing thing that goes inside one of the bearing and then you said to use Allen wrenches. Which size do you use and if this is the right direction as you described tapping it out on the carpet.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner.

Basically, If you get one bearing PULLED out, you just want to PUSH out the other one.
The only reason for an allen wrench is that it is a long shaft of metal.
Any Allen wrench that does not go through the center hole in the bearing and is smaller than the outside bearing diameter will work.
I just put the below the top Allen wrench and tap it on the floor. This should push the bearing out with little trouble.

I hope this helps. Once you figure it out then there's not much to it.
The bottom bearing comes out the bottom.
The the top bearing comes out the top of the top!
