That bread may be a little stale . . .

I looked at his youtube channel (he goes by TheTaoista  :o but we are not related  :P) and all the videos he has uploaded are about these finger tops made out of bread crumbs.  He posts in Portuguese and one of the videos was filmed in Ushuaia (southernmost city in Argentina) so he is probably from Brazil.  On one of the videos he gives the recipe:

"Knead the crumbs until you get good plasticity, using little water; make a ball of approximately 2 cm; shape the top using both thumbs and index fingers; let it dry for 24 hours or more (on the video I think he says 48 hours) on a stand (used film tube); cover with lacquer for protection (against insects, etc.)"

Who will be the first one to make a throw top out of bread crumbs?  This reminds me I need to decide what to do with the other 2011 contest . . .
