Blizzard weight rings

Hey, all. I see that the new Gladiators have different weight rings than the old dome-cap Blizzards had. Does anyone know where I can get some of the old style weight rings? I'd like to buy half a dozen or so.

Those weight rings are too close to the center to do any good, IMO.
