Vertical Mach 5. I did not practice, I just had the idea and filmed it. I think with some practice to vary the tension just right it could be made smoother (but not perfectly continuous).

On the title at the beginning of the video I wrote
collaboratory instead of collaborative. But the word had been invented already and according to Wikipedia:
