Also, I was too busy to get to throw and enjoy the meet as much as I would have liked.

I promise next you come, that I will be a better and more interactive host.

We did get a new recruit, I think! Kirk taught a yoyoer some tricks, and I gave him an Electrick!

Next time I'll get more pics, and maybe we can go outside to throw some on the grass.

Glad to hear your gathering went well.  Yes, next time outside will be even better.  Renee and I are going to try to meet up on Tuesday in Florence, Kentucky.  Hope that goes as well as yours.

Yes, just in case anyone else in the area is interested, Renee and I are going to meet at the Florence Mall (exact location may be a bit up in the air since I do not know the area).  11am on the 19th sounds terrific to me.  We will look for a good grassy area but if the weather does not cooperate we can head inside the mall.   Wish we were close enough to have Myk_Myk, Kirk and Rachel with us but maybe another time when we are closer to Atlanta!!!

So sorry I forgot to post the June meetup here!

I've been doing yoyos at the rock and blues camp, and we had the most people yet at our June meeting!

I was the only one throwing any tops, though... I get so busy there, I never seem to get to play much either, so I can't be a very good ambassador.

Hopefully some top throwers can come to our July meet, to help foster interest.

I bought a bunch of Short Circuits and Electricks to sell and give away to new throwers (I need to at least sell some).

We're shooting for 07/21 2-5pm. I'll confirm and remind.

A Rock and Blues Camp in Atlanta?  Is that for kids?  Is it with a local church or youth center?  Just curious.
