This is the standard tip fat neck With four pound fishing line. Tao did it first. It was fun - give it a try and share a video. At this time I'm working with two black and maple, 3 3/4 diameter trick fighters. The longest hit is 25 feet.

I was about to start a new thread but I think this is the one  that has more tips on long wire walkers.

I just started learning to do them, im focusing in the first part, the boomerang and I just wanted to add one light if you are strugling wiht it because I just noticed...  :o The thickness of the rope is really important if you whant to do a boomerang with a taiwan top (tuoluo)

The rope you get when ordering from kostas is great for target but not for boomerangs... is almost impossible! the top doest come back!! But... if you use a thicker one (just a little bit thicker) the boomerang will work.  :-* :-*

I checked many many videos and I noticed that the taiwan top top players use a rope a little bit thicker rope (even for target)





With a super thick rope I finally managed to do the boomerang start...

Hey!  That looks great.  I like that you are doing it in a park with kids around.  I did not think you could do that with such a thick rope.  Good work!!!

The rope Im talking is the one user to wind the spin top, the white one does not word for boobmerang, a thicker one like the blue one or thicker works like a charm!



Did any of you manage to d a proper boobmerang with the white rope??

(The nylon for the wire walker is standard 8KG)
