This top and matching display are made from red/black color-wood, with laminations of red-dyed box elder burl and white acrylic. The box elder button press-fits in the top's opening for storage. The display alone is about 3" wide at the base and stands 6.75" tall. The top is on the larger side, measuring about 2.9" x 4.5". The hardest thing to do on these type lathe turnings is getting a perfectly flat surface so there are no gaps in the laminations.
