Great spontaneous photograph! So many kids mesmerized, their mouth open, all the eyes fixated on the top spinning at Takeshi's finger tip!

During Worlds 09 Mike, Dick and myself went to downtown Disney to watch John Higby do his high-energy yo-yo show. It was August so he was sweating profusely, doing 45-minute shows with only a 15-minute break between them, just by himself (Rebecca was taking care of the baby). The shows was a complete success with the public. Afterward I tried to convince John to add a top to his routine but he didn't seem to convinced. He should see that picture.

I placed a poll above so everybody can vote for the top spintop photo of the year. Three votes are allowed per member. The poll will ran for 3 days and the results will be hidden until then. You CAN change your vote while the poll is open. If no photo garners more than 50% of the votes or at least 3 times the closest competitor, there will be a second round between the 3 photos that get more votes.

The prize for the winner will be Mexican Turbo bearing top.

(I did not include the first photo of Don Antonio as the second one is similar but better.)

I noticed that so far 12 people have voted but there are a total of only 30 votes.  If everybody had given the 3 votes allowed there should be 36 votes. You do not have to select 3 photos if you do not want to, but I suspect 3 voters (I don't know who they are) assumed they could only chose one photo. Remember, you can change your vote anytime until the end of the poll.
