It has been a busy day and I just heard about the crazy attacks in Paris.  I am reading some of the details now.

So sorry...

Good luck with the situation you are living. Stay strong.

Most European countries are closing the frontiers. Belgium, maybe Spain, We all are scared as heck.

When I read this I realized the the guys that did the attacks really think that they are improving the world.  Wow.

I have many friends that think that truth is a relative thing. They say, "If it is true for you then it is true.  But we all recognize in our hearts the evil.

Too shocked for tears.

Jim, I'm  glad to hear that you and yours are OK.

We appreciate your updates.  I have a giant French flag in our sign outside the church building.  Today I visited the new Mosaic Institute of Dayon (in downtown Miamisburg) and made a colorful mosaic of the French flag.  I will be using that in the coming days so we can all remember in our area our friends in Paris.

I have a brother-in-law who is French (but lives in the USA). Incredibly, two of his cousins where dining just 150 yards away from the Belle Equipe restaurant. He wrote to me: ¨They heard the pop pop sounds of the machine guns and the waiters locked all doors and asked all to duck under the tables for around 10 minutes. They unfortunately saw the results of the shootings and have to walk by everyday to go to work and are emotionally drained Thinking what if..."

A great article about the restaurant here: http://www.wsj.com/articles/at-paris-bistro-a-vision-of-france-is-damaged-1447895504

Let's not forget that the previous day ISIS exploded a bomb in a busy market in Beirut. And a week before they downed the Russian airline.
