Hi guys,
this year's EYYC is held in Cracow, Poland from 5th to 7th March and beside yoyo contests there will be of course Spintop division. Here are some quick informations about it:

With Jakub, Jan, and yourself, the level is already guaranteed to be very good. I hope Tyler and others can also make it. Considering that Energia will start selling tops outside Spain, they should sponsor some players . . .

I am not sure if it is going to be broadcasted live. I see the spintop is listed for 13:30 on Friday, Polish time (GMT+1). That would be 6:30 AM CST.

I am sorry to hear that Tyler; I wish your sister a speedy recover.

The contest is shown live on the front page of the contest site. In addition the embedded player lets you rewind and watch what has already happened (right now for over 6 hours, so I imagine for the whole day, perhaps the whole contest). So, no need to wake up early Friday in the US to watch spintops, although it is nice to do it live.

As Jorge mentioned, livestream is on the homepage of official website (http://eyyc15.com/). Spintop division is planned on 13:30 (GMT+1) and Award ceremony 20:00 (6th March 2015 of course). I hope that everything goes well, I'll try to keep you informed about results and so.

I just watched them live!
Wow! Jakub was perfect on the first two routines! Fixed tip on the first one, bearing on the second one. That was fantastic! He should win.
Jan continues to improve and is now one of the best players in the world. I think he'll be second.
Daniel made some really difficult tricks but lost the top on the first and last routines. The best 2 of 3 count.

I need to watch them again later (many times!). They start around 48:00 on the live stream of today.

What a level! I hope at worlds or US nats we have something that at least approaches this level! Better if one of you could make it to Tokyo . . .

Yep. That first throw of Jakub's took the Gold I think. I hope the judges know the difficulty of those ghost catches!
2nd place is between Jan and Daniel. I would need to go back and watch again to decide who will get 2nd and who will get 3rd.
Jakub, Daniel, Jan: you ALL did awesome!!!
I so hate that I have to miss this contest!
On a happy note, the quality level of the live feed is 2 steps above what I've seen in the past.

dammit dammit dammit i set my alarm to pm instead of am dammit  i cant find the spintop performances on that feed thingy any chance someone knows what time theyre at? also whip was there did anyone see him with a top? probably not but worth asking 
congrats jakub! its really quite a sight to see 3 such skilled players on the same stage competing

edit: jan looked smaller this year, i thought that was kind of odd  is he here on the forum?
