I was curious if there was any slippage at the tip, so I made some calculations.
For your 97ft wire walker the video gives a walking time of about 22 seconds. The tip is 0.4" diameter or 1.26" circumference.
Using the average speed of 4.41 ft/sec = 52.9 in/sec, that corresponds to 42.1 revolutions per second or 2,500 RPM. I am surprised that the average rotational rate for such a large top is that high. Definitely there is very little or no slippage.
For the 54.5 ft wire walker in 13 seconds with the Spintastics, using 0.25" tip diameter, it gives about 3,850 RPM average for the walk. Again, much faster than what I would have expected. You have a strong arm, my friend!
