Maybe the Pegasus name has changed, but the new Saturno Xtrem top from Trompos Space in fixed tip and bearing versions is available on their web site.   link = Trompos Space top sales
It is not yet posted to the Turner Toys website for distribution in the US.

I like the looks of the Saturno Xtreme! Looks more playable than the original Saturno.

Not to be confused with the Mexican brand Extrem (out of business?):
