Some more turnings finger spinners and buttons.
These have become warm up exercises before I start my bowl making. I give the spinners away to kids.

They are partially hollow, a pin chuck was used to turn them. Thank you.

This is a close up of mine, maybe I am using the wrong diameter string.

I mounted the drop top back on the lathe with a jam chuck and was able to modify the shoulder of the string area by slightly deepening and angling it closer to 90 degrees. It now works fine, thanks for all your suggestions and pics.
