Crazy, yeah!
When I was in Mexico this year, Gus told me that one of the demonstrators (who I dd not know) had started doing this Doble-Cobra ("double corkscrew) trick. I forgot the name but may well have been Alejandro. Later I saw it in a couple of their videos.
I had tried more than once to come up with a corkscrew-on-one-hand to staircase-to-heaven on the other arm. I even had a couple of possible names for it (Towers of Hanoi or Pillars of Hercules). I was never successful, but it is something I was going to continue trying. Now, I was trying to do a more difficult version of what Alejandro does there: 3 wraps and climbing to the hand (not thrown and caught).
Anyway, great trick and Alejandro is obviously is one of the Cometa elite demonstrators.
