Top and balance toys
« on: October 02, 2013, 07:08:26 AM »

I made a top with recycled materials using a grid bedside the bed was already turned, gave the format in sanding belt and did a tightrope walker toy with him.

Ha ha!  That was lots of fun.  And the music seemed to fit it all pretty well!

That is great fun!  Thanks for posting it.

If I understand correctly, you made the top with a rod from a bed headboard and retouched it with a belt sanding machine.

The nosy guy (Mr. Nose # Pinocchio ?) is a fabulous idea: somebody should be selling those.

I am intrigued by how it dips down at one point of the rotation (you can also see it on the other balancing toys.) It reminds me the nutation (oscillation around the precession angle) of a top.

Thanks guys, I always like to share my work always amateurs but done with great care, Mister Nose I saw it on youtube think a toy is French, after 1 year I tried it and it worked many chances are that the last I was the top, they work with counterweights, magnetized seems this is a pretty cool effect are usually made ??of wood and wire and always use recycled materials in the course of traditional toys we have in my town.

A hug to all
