Today (December 29th) we have a famous birthday:

The guy from Cheers was born today - Ted Danspin

Mary Tyler Moore was also born today and I keep thinking there should be something we can do with her name but the best I have come up with is Mary Throwsome Moore.

I miss this thread.  It always gave me chuckles when I need some good smiles.  Thanks for the great contributions.

Recently, I have begun thinking about humorous business names.  There are some websites with good ones like: Sofa So Good, Pita Pan and Tequila Mockingbird.

I wonder if there would be any good business names that might relate more to the spinning folks on this forum?  I love our local laundromat called Spin City.  Do you have any fun places near where you live?  Or maybe there are some places you wish would be in business?

Finding something as good as Spin City (for a laundromat) would be difficult (we also have them over here, so I guess it is a national chain).  But I'll think about it.  Re-reading the thread, I think that Spike Bout was a good fighting name for you  >:D

Yes, Spike Bout is humorous.  Thanks for the smiles.

Of course, there are already some fine eating establishments out there with our name in the title......like the Tip Top Tavern and the fine Tip Top Cafe in San Antonio.  Seems like there should be lots of other potential "top" names for restaurants or other businesses.  I don't have much time in the next 10 days (very busy Lent and Holy Week time)  but I was hoping to be able to come here for some stress relief and smiles on occasion.  Maybe I should start a top spinning joke thread?

I like that, Kirk!

Looks like you can't go wrong with the Boomarang Diner in Oklahoma.  There are 40 locations in that state!!!
