No"Tell" Marks
« on: August 03, 2010, 06:40:03 AM »

Hey everyone, i was looking for a spin top that is a solid color. Preferablly a solid white, or black so that the top appears to not be spinning. Any suggestions for a good top out there that has that sort of style?

first thing that comes to mind is one of Mr.Yo's tops. they're all solid colors. Great photo of them on his facebook too.

And they are perfectly balanced, so that helps with the spin deception.

you can also get a couple ducan ripcords and swap caps, most of them are two
colors, but you could swap parts to match.

What 'cephus said.  They also sell bearing kits for the ripcord so after you mix-n-match, you could make one bearing one fixed...This is a nice combo for anyone getting started.

Hey there pop.

Where can you get the bearing kits?  I have never been able to find any for sale anywhere.

That was also my question, I been doing alot of research and cant find them anywhere, or BK's for that matter
I was lucky enough to get my BK from agentsac (a member of this forum), wich i really appretiate, thanks homie
Everywhere that they have them the are "out of stock", I would be happy with just the bearing kit to be able to make my own BK
So where can you get this bearing kits?

I don't think any are available right now, maybe directly from Duncan?
Even if they don't, every phone call would help tell them they need to do another run.

Like Chris said, call or email Duncan.  I believe they have the kits (they did last year).  The inquires are definitely good.  While you have their ear, ask for more bearing kings, the metal bearing king and one way bearings!

Thats a great idea, if we all call or email them they might just make more, with a 100 plus members, it should be encourging for Duncan

Now metal, or one way bearings would be amazing ;D ;D ;D
