jeffs!  Great to see you again!!  Hope you are doing well and spinning a lot!!!

Yes, I do feel like this sometimes.  Maybe the sign on the door should say Eric's Top Repair or Alan's Top Repair or Phillipe's Top Repair?

Out of curiosity (and with some hope I might add) I put "Joe's Top Repair" in Google.  Drats, I only came up with Joe's places like auto repair and transmission repair and convertible repair and upholstery repair and guitar repair.  Maybe someday I will be able to find a "Joe's Top Repair".

Joe's Top Repair is in Denver. Did you forget that Joe Purdy turns tops. I'm not sure he looks like that though.
It will be great to see him at Flatland. Can't wait to share some turning techniques. It feels so good to create your own tops.

Joe Purdy?  No, I don't think I know him.  But I sure am glad to know there is a Joe's Top Repair shop out there in the world.  The bad news is that it is one long long drive away from Miamisburg.

The Topshop was featured in USA Today newspaper (5/28).  Out of habit I started to get excited then I realized this London establishment was full of fashion clothes instead of fashion spintops.

Still, that is one great name!!!

Yeah If you're ever in the Denver area, and that top just ain't running like she should Just drop on in I'll give er a complete rotation and I fix flats too (flat tips that is) I am also NSC certified (Neff string construction) for all your string replacement needs. The shop will be closed next weekend for I am taking some research classes at the flatland festival from master mechanic Alan Gray. I am glad to hear that the Joe's top shop name is not taken (Yet)
