Deadline to register: Monday June 10th (registration page will be live in a few days)
Deadline to submit video(s): Sunday June 16th
Award ceremony: Sunday June 30th

I agree with your opinion that there should be at least one from Japan in the judges. Tock will not be able to compete in the online contest this year. He is so busy now because he just start working. However he wants to be involved in the online contest so he wants to be a judge. He is one of the best person for the judge of the online contest in my opinion.
