Wonderful card collections -- clearly from a bygone era when the spinning top was a cultural icon. When were these cards published?

Finding gifts my wife will actually like/use is not one of my centers of excellence. I still try for Christmas, her birthday, and our anniversary. But for Valentines, I just take her to dinner, give her a card, and tell her to knock herself out on Amazon -- within reason.
