He is something else.  I will have to listen closer but he is all over the place with "When the Saints go Marching In" and "How Great Thou Art."  I wish I had some of his left hand!!!  Of course, his "My Sweet Lord" is also special.  I look forward to spending some more time with this.  Thanks, Jim!

Oh my!  I will check it out tonight.  I was stunned when I counted seven (7!!!) keyboards in the last video along with a piano.

This woman is fabulous.  She is so relaxed and looks into the camera yet keeps that boogie woogie going.  Very impressive.  I want to learn more about her!!!

I have been working on my boogie woogie ever since Jim started this thread.  In my research I found out about a child prodigy named Frankie "Sugar Chile" Robinson.  He is pretty amazing.  Here is a clip of him: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BFj4m9cX900

In my research I found out about a child prodigy named Frankie "Sugar Chile" Robinson.  He is pretty amazing.

Amazing is right! He plays with flat fingers, fists, elbows -- everything my piano teachers told me never, ever to do. And yet he plays like that!

Don't know how much he really understood about "bad women" at that age. But the mean girls at school probably gave him enough of an idea to deliver the line.  >:D

His Wikipedia page is worth a read. Played with Lionel Hampton and Gerry Mulligan and for 2 US presidents.
