I don't "collect" scissors
each one has a specific use

You might not be a scissors collector, but it's the only collection of scissors I have seen. 
I love that you have a specific use for each one. Very nice!

A useful assortment!

Have you tried kitchen shears? I seldom use knives for food prep and eating these days. Scissors are usually the better tool.

yes jeremy : the string cutter is very efficient to cut sewing thread or string and easy to sharpen

barbers scissors : yes I miss those : some are real piece of art

This is very interesting. My brother is a quilter and was tired of listening to ladies at quilt guild meetings complain about dull scissors. He learned how to sharpen them, explained the process to me and we became the "Snippy Bro's". I go to quilt shows or quilt/sewing meetings or retreats and charge $5.00 each for all scissors, knives, and some garden tools. Thirty ladies with 2 or 3 items each makes for a very profitable day.
