Oh, I so wished I could go! I'll try next year.
I would love to meet Guillermo who not only is a great top turner but also he is becoming a top level player (thread).

From the poster I guess the local language is similar to Catalan (spintop = baldufa or baldufe).

I tried to invite Trompillo and Musi, for our European spinners meeting but I don't know if they received it maybe you could send me an email address or you could directly contact them for us? Just to be sure (zenith already answered negative and proposed me these two guys...)

I will tell them, I was just waiting until the Mallorca Meeting is over  (two weeks and counting) so they are more excited and willing to come.

I already spoke with Migelanchelo (you can check him up at pulpowsky.es) he is a young player, really good player!! and he is in!!!

I'm thinking that if I go next year I need to grow some facial hair as I cannot grow dreadlocks  )

Very good!!!  I love the pictures.  Looks like it was a terrific gathering.  Two very interesting wagons catch my eyes, since Miamisburg has often been noted as a city of wagons with the Hamburger Wagon, Ice Cream Wagon, Popcorn Wagon, Hot Dog Wagon.  Senyor Baldufes (or maybe that is not a wagon) and Madame Toupie (that definitely looks like a cart).  I would like to hear more about this event.

Earl: those are two views of the same cart. Pablo "Butifarra" uses it to transport Madame Toupie, the giant black top.



He performed his show, El Senyor de les Baldufes (title in Catalan because, although he is from Chile, lives in Barcelona).

Hmmm.  The same cart, eh.  So we do not have another femaie top spinner in the world but we have another female top!
