Do you mean on the moon, without air drag? If not I would be the first wanting to do it!  >:D
If I read the math correctly the critical speed on the moon would be reduced by 2.45x  :)
For those interested in making the trip I hear there is a great restaurant near the Apollo 13 landing site.  The food is great, but there is no atmosphere.

Correct, and with only tip or bearing resistance to slow it down, a top could take forever to spin down to critical speed there.

Wonder what the extra baggage fee would be for a suitcase full of tops?.
