The yelling and intensity of the battles is hard to describe.  It sure was amazing to see so many participating and so many watching.

I had a juggling friend from the area come and visit for the afternoon.  He was impressed and thanked me several times for the inspiration and the new challenges.

I did not hear any official reports but the Guinness world record attempt for the most people yoyoing at one time did not seem as well attended as hoped.  It was still a fun time and I liked getting a new yoyo for being part of the attempt.

I got my little fold a bike out of the car and rode it around the ballroom during the battle top challenge.  That was fun and some others tried it.  Jim Neff looked solid.  Mike Hickerson was racing up and down the aisle.  But poor ta0 looked like he was going to wipe out at any second on the chairs.

It is hard to believe that this is my last night here.  We will have to check out by 11:00 and begin the task of loading up the cars.  I shouldn't complain, though, as Jim Neff's car loading is five times what I have to do!!!

Saturday is Rob Tsou's birthday.  We need to do something special for him.  In Iceland we went to the Hard Rock Cafe for his bd.  He mentioned the House of Blues earlier this week.  Maybe we could end up there for a BIG salad and some cake?

Farid did not get the money for the airplane ticket until a few days ago and arrived yesterday afternoon without pre-registration. That we could add him the day of the competition is incredible!

Hello johnm.....we may need your services!!!  ta0 may be able to tell the rest of the story.

I am out making friends.  Yoyosam likes me and so does Bird in Hand in Chico.

All our stuff is out of room 1248.  Now we have quite a corner in the Severence Room.  Little by little we have to haul it down to the cars.

Everyone has run to the AP finals.  I am watching Jim Neff balance kitchen items on different parts of his face.

Jose was great, too!  People around me are saying how we had a good variety.  Special congratulations to all the competitors.  Good luck, judges.

We had a good crowd and an enthusiastic audience.  I am in my car and headed home.  I look forward to finding out more later!!!

Did anybody see the freestyles online?  The forum is very quiet.

I stayed till 2AM in the ballroom playing. We got some little battles and challenges going with Neff, Scott, Rob and Austen. Mark from Canada arrived very late and we worked on some gyro stuff.

I need to buy a second suitcase to take home a big top from Wilson and another I traded Mike.  ::)

The winners of the Sports division...

What do you have to do (and not do) to win the Sports division?
Art is how we decorate space, music is how we decorate time ... and with spinning tops, we decorate both.

Everything in the world is strange and marvelous to well-open eyes.

Kudos to all the players! After watching Jose in action at Marines 2019, no one should feel bad about coming in after him.

Q: How is the World Champion selected?
