Any word when Eli's video will be available?  I missed the spintop finals livestream and would very much like to see it.

It appears that the video is blocked in the US due to copyright issues with the music. Nothing we can do about that, I'm afraid.

Is there any way to post without sound in order to avoid copyright concerns?

Just realized that the livestreams in their entirety are available to watch.  Looks like Eli's is at 7:34:30 (Aug 10th). Very good freestyle Eli!

Thanks Jospin! I captured it and here it is (temporarily until the official one is sorted out).

Good work, Jospin.  The mysterious freestyle has been revealed!  It was worth the wait.  Now we have to wait and wonder when the next big clash between Jose and Eli will occur!!!

And Eli's so casual about it! Easiest thing in the world. Piece of cake.

What a pleasant surprise, I was beginning to think this was a lost cause. Glad to finally see it.

Yes, the Beatles music blocked it in every country. Good that Vimeo doesn't seem to enforce it like Youtube at this time.

Of course, the video can be posted on youtube without sound or with a different track. It takes 2 clicks on the youtube Studio page to silence it or 3 to change the audio track to one of their free tracks (but the conversion is slow). The video URL doesn't change.
Here are the minutes before the freestyles started, plus Eli's routine without sound starting at 6:00. You can see many familiar faces. The judges are called "legends of the game" at 4:30 ;) ;D but at 2:50 you can see Steve telling the judges not to f--k up.  ;D

This may be getting redundant, but yo-yo video archive has muted the video and it has the best video quality. Also thanks for the kind words everyone.

This is awesome!! So many good tricks in here, thanks for posting the link Eli and Jorge for the version with music and sound. Great to finally see the World Championship Freestyle in its entirety.

One more report from Cleveland.  Our local paper says the city is in the midst of a "hundred year" flood.  We had a lot of rain around here but I had no idea they were experiencing it on an even greater scale.  Just an FYI for all those who know Cleveland because of world yoyo and top spinning events.

If you are tired of zoom and are missing in person meetings, here is a blast from the past with a video blog that Quentin just posted. Most of the top action starts at 6:18 (but you can catch glimpses of some top players before).
