Tickets will be available for purchase starting NOW, April 23rd, until the drawing date (11 days).
The ticket numbers will be distributed in chronological order.
You will be notified of your ticket number(s) as soon as possible and the list of tickets sold will be periodically posted on this thread.
The closing time is 2 hours before the drawing.
PaymentSend Paypal payments to treasurer@spintops.org. For example, a payment of $20 will be assigned two consecutive numbers. You do not need to have a Paypal account, you can also pay with credit cards on their website (
www.paypal.com). Please, select "send money to a friend" so we are not charged the Paypal fee (for those in the US).
If you are in the US and prefer to pay by check, you can also do so (send me a pm or email top (at) ta0.com for the address). Checks received after the closing time or after all the tickets have been sold will be destroyed without cashing.
Prize selection
The owner of the first ticket drawn will be able to chose among the 4 prizes the one he/she prefers (I will share the alternative secret prize with him/her at that time). The other ticket holders will chose in order among the remaining prizes.
DrawingThe winning ticket will be determined as follows, based on the Texas Pick-3 game from the Texas Lottery, to be held on Saturday May
3rd 4th at 10:00 AM CDT. The official website for the game is:
www.txlottery.org/export/sites/default/Games/Pick_3 where you can watch the drawing live. Note that there are 4 drawing per day and this would be the first one.
The FIRST TWO numbers of the drawing will form the digits of the winning number. However, if the resulting number is between 50 and 99, the number 50 should be subtracted to determine the winning ticket between 00 and 49. For example, if the drawing is 3-3-8 the winning ticket would be 33, if it is 0-9-2 the winner is 09, if it is 7-7-5 the winner is 27 (i.e., 77 minus 50). If not all tickets are sold and there is no winner, the following Pick-3 game will be used (that same day) and so forth if necessary.
The following prizes will be determined in the same way by the following Pick-3 games after the previous prize has been won. There are 4 drawings per day so, if all tickets are sold, the 4 prizes will be given based on the Morning (10:00 AM CDT), Day (12:27 PM), Evening (6:00 PM) and Night (10:12 PM) Pick-3 drawings of May 4th.
For example if the drawings are:
May 4th drawing: Pick 3 (morning): 6-7-6, Pick 3 (day): 4-5-1, Pick 3 (evening): 2-2-1, Pick 3 (night): 5-4-0
then the winners would be:
