trick with black light
« on: March 04, 2019, 12:12:01 PM »

hi all
a quick vid following the purchase of my black light ramp
in fact , playing in the dark is not so easy...
the top is  a S8 giulia with double tip
this trick showing the top precessing in both directions, used to be called "skywalker"
I much prefer "space oddity" : can you hear me major tom ? ...

have fun watching

It indeed looks nice :P I play a lot in low light condition ( Most of my playing is done when my wife is playing zelda on the projector while me throwing... ) What I found is key is a BRIGHT string... white or bright orange works very well... I tend to prefer white'er tops but I've been playing recently with a semi transparent black one and the effect on it are just kickass!

Bravo! It's fun to watch while pretending that the top has no string or player attached.

You might be able to play with some light and the top will still pop out due to its fluorescence. I learned early on that you don't need to juggle fire torches in complete darkness.
Anyway, it looks cool.
