Unfortunately, at this time they are not taking orders. I believe the master craftsman is having health problems (he is in his 80s, I believe). I hope they become available again.

Those are the most difficult and expensive to obtain. They are made for professional performers by very few craftsmen and many won't sell them to players they don't personally know.
But Taka has said he would one day like to start offering an affordable one.
