I love the high string catches where the top travels down, through the legs and back up--so fun to watch.  Some sweet whip catches too!

I look at this Colombian, video a lot. The tricks I'm working on now are at 3:17 jump rope? And 4:0 it looks like the road way to heaven? Can anyone in America do these tricks? How about Tao, the MASTER?

Colombia has been in the news because of the vote that rejected the peace agreement that would halt 52 years of fighting.  I am the trying to understand it especially since we have such good friends there.  A letter to the editor in the USA Today newspaper talks about people crying over the vote.  "It was the day that was going to open a new door to opportunities, better lives and a stronger country.  Not anymore."

Hoping for peace and healthy living for all Colombians.

You have to try the long line - it just adds more fun to the sport. You can do a double body corkscrews with the large Spintastic on # 36 line by about 11 feet or so. Try it.
