Some days ago, thanks to my sweetheart, I was watching this old cartoons that I used to see when I was a child.
Suddenly, in one of the episodes, appears one character, a pirate, who is called by his master and received an order to attack. In spanish version, the leader says literally "trompo" by refering to his servant. This one starts to spin and attack by spinning.
That happens in this episode, when starts to spin and it really looks like a  spin top. Unfurtunately, I was not able to find whole chapter (maybe Jack can help me, please) In the complete episode, the movement it happens at 13:35 and 14:30. The gang of pirates is Hammerhand and his pirates. Trompo Is one of the pirates.

Nice character, in the design, by the way, what a shame that is a bad one!

I looked it up:

Top-Spinner is a member of the Berserkers, evil Viking-like pirates lead by the ruthless Captain Hammerhand.
Ability to spin at great speeds, creating an attack difficult for an enemy to deflect.
Spinning ability can lead to slightly inaccurate attacks, and can also cause dizziness
Weapons: Shield, spiked ball and chain.

The ThunderCats franchise started in 1985. There was a reboot in 2011.
