Gold Hornet... So smooth!!

Hey guys, I just received a nice gold hornet with a red cap by Spintastic's owner Dale and MAN... this thing is smoother than life... it's koma smooth ( my delrin koma ) you have to touch it to realise that it's turning... WOW, if money was no object, I'd really get a S8 if there that smooth...

This is unbelivable!!!
This one will always see soft soil under it :)

I agree....the hornet is a very nice top and fun to play. I haven't thrown my hornet recently. I just took it out and played for a bit.  I have been using the QSH as my 'go to' top. There are several S8 tops in my collection and I like them very much...but I use the Spintastics tops a lot more. Brand really doesn't matter...and neither does price. As long as you have a top (or two) that you're happy with.

The Hornet and QSH really set the bar high as far as not only metal body tops, but also in very high end yet affordable. It's like "well, I want S8 quality and performance but I don't want to spend S8 dollars".... There you go: QSH and Hornet.

Yup. I just never received a Spintastic that's THAT BALLENCED... it's to a point I have this feeling it doens't turn :)... I'd need to try to balence better my QSH =)

That's basically what I did but it's not as smooth as the gold hornet! ?
