hi all
no clues on the bell top at 0.44" ?
jim
I don't have that top. I vaguely recall noticing it on Ebay once. Does it have any marks?
I bet it does takes batteries.
It could be related to US Patent 3,533,187 from October 13, 1970 by Axel Campbell of Greenwich, Connecticut. On the drawings of that patent, the body of the top separates in the middle. I would try to unscrew the bell body from the bottom of the top.

What an impressive collection.  Love the way you have taken time and space to display them.  I have a friend in Iowa who collects pump tops and am reffering her to your videos.
